Student Hurt in Discovery Middle School Shooting – A ninth grade student was shot in the head by a fellow ninth grade student at the Discovery Middle School at Madison, AL at around 1:46pm. A news conference will be held by the city leaders and the police at 4:30pm to tackle the details of the Discovery Middle School shooting. The victim of the Discovery Middle School shooting was immediately rushed to Huntsville Hospital while the shooter is currently in custody. The Discovery Middle school shooting exactly took place at the school’s ninth grade hallway.
Dr. Dee Fowler, Madison’s Superintendent of Education, showed his gratitude to the police and the other concerned individuals who immediately responded to the Discovery Middle School shooting. Fowler also said that their major concern as of the moment is the safety of the victim and the rest of the Discovery Middle School students who were affected by the incident.
