Phone-Enabled SugarCRM with Hosted IVR Applications

This new technology will allow users to manage accounts and contacts through the phone, using only voice commands. Users will be able to use speech-to-text technology to send emails, record details from meetings, or set up the next day’s tasks. The user can perform a host of functions using the Connector. The Connector allows its users to open or check the status of a case, transfer to a live agency, retrieve data in real time and generally provide instance access to information and analysis.
